About The Role
To drive the translation of International Beverage vision and objectives into commercially profitable brand building activation plans, stretching across all channels from HORECA to e-commerce.
To support the sales focused operation across all marketing requirements. Taking the global brand platforms available and tailoring them to market needs before executing them to drive volume & value.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop annual Activation Calendar, providing initiatives which are prioritised against resource & spend and collectively meet brand, commercial and our customers objectives.
- To create, develop and manage all marketing programs, integral to the effectiveness of the core brands in the market & respective channels.
- Work closely with Channel Marketing team to ensure that brand activity is running in parallel and to deliver annual market Playbooks.
- Support planning and activation of key marketing activities through our customers
- Report on the category, key channels, and our brands’ market performance.
- Conduct Presentations during Customer Brand meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure the wider business has a clear view of best practice through evaluation of in market initiatives and activations and sharing best practice.
- Effectively evaluate our activity on a channel and commercial basis.
- Process and manage BTL budget
- Excellent communication is critical with all stakeholders.
- Main point of contact to our customers for their marketing needs.

Sales and Marketing Liaison
- Work & align with International Beverage Sales team and provide the marketing support required to successfully deliver agreed initiatives/activations with our distributor.
- Create Channel strategies and tactics to support execution of associated plans.
- Provide the sales teams with the tools they require to actively lead our customers and deliver sales & brand objectives.
- Ensure that our consumer proposition is carried at the heart of all activity we deliver in channel and that our channel activity delivers effective commercial return.
- Liaise with Marketing team to ensure channel specific materials are compatible with Brand platforms.
- Work closely with the Brand Team to ensure delivery of effective initiatives.
- Liaise with the wider Brand team to ensure that all trade marketing activation is in line with specific brand guidelines, tone of voice and market objectives.
- Act as “Brand Guardian” for International Beverage portfolio, ensuring that all activity delivered across channels and customers fits with brand objectives and guidelines.
About You
Personal Attributes
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential and another EU language skill would be advantageous.
- Organised and experience in invoicing and finance would be a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
Professional Requirements
- Relevant experience in Marketing role
- Experience activating campaigns within ecommerce channels would be advantageous.
- Should have relevant retail experience and interest in promotional activities and execution within the retail environment
- Qualified to degree level would be advantageous.
