Larsen Cognac Unveils Limited 'Art Edition' by Trew Love

Larsen Cognac, part of the International Beverage spirits portfolio, has launched a vibrant new limited-edition bottling, created in collaboration with the American street artist: Trew Love.

The new Larsen Cognac VSOP Art Edition represents a bold fusion of art and tradition, and sees the near century-old French cognac house continue its drive to engage new generations of drinkers.

There are four different pack designs to choose from in the series, each featuring work by the Kansas based artist, who merges pop art, activism and colour to dazzling effect. The collectable bottles also boast a unique, limited-edition label designed by Trew inclusive of her signature. Just 12,000 bottles will be available, starting with an exclusive release in the Baltic regions from February 2025. 

Trew Love is a female conceptual artist whose work challenges societal norms and appears in various medium, from street murals to gallery spaces. Her work for Larsen was developed around the concept, ‘What Would Love Say?’ and features Trew’s words about love, compassion and sharing in different languages. It also takes inspiration from the flavours and perfectly balanced finish of the cognac inside each bottle.

Larsen VSOP won the Master Medal for Best Cognac in the World at the 2024 Spirits Business Cognac Masters. It is the distillery’s flagship cognac, distilled and aged for more than four years at the Larsen Cellars in France’s Cognac region. Perfect served neat or on the rocks, it boasts a beautiful amber colour and notes of crystallised fruit, spice, fig and vanilla. Its fresh, fruity flavours are balanced perfectly with oak to create a long finish.
